Damaged Items Policy
Anime Ark carefully inspects and packages all orders prior to shipment. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a damaged item claim, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the original product packaging (including the box and inner packaging)

Photos of the shipping box and any visible external damage
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
If a claim is approved, Anime Ark may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion, depending on availability:

Replacement of the same item

Refund to the original payment method

Store credit
Please note:

Minor box wear, manufacturer paint variations, or small imperfections common to mass-produced figures are not considered damage

We are not responsible for damage caused by customer handling after deliveries.
