Pre-Order Policy

Anime Ark offers pre-orders on select licensed merchandise when made available by authorized distributors.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or distributors and are subject to change without notice

• Pre-order items will ship only after Anime Ark receives inventory from the distributor

• Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, customs, or logistics providers are beyond our control

Payment

• Pre-orders may require full or partial payment at the time of purchase, as indicated on the product page

• Payment authorizations and captures are processed according to Shopify payment provider rules

Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page

• Once a pre-order item has shipped, it is subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy and is no longer eligible for cancellation

Quantity & Allocation

• Pre-order quantities are limited and subject to distributor allocation

• In rare cases where allocations are reduced, Anime Ark reserves the right to cancel and refund affected orders

Condition Disclaimer

• Minor box wear, manufacturer paint variations, or small imperfections inherent to mass-produced figures are not considered defects
