Returns & Refunds Policy

Anime Ark accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the collectible nature of anime figures and related merchandise, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original factory-sealed packaging

• Original boxes, blister packaging, seals, and protective materials must be intact

• Opened figures, broken seals, or removed inner packaging are not eligible for return

Returns are not accepted for:

• Opened or displayed figures

• Items with damaged or missing packaging

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Pre-order items once shipped

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved damaged-item claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on availability.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
